Misa

Misa came to Almost Home Cat Rescue when her former family could no longer care for her and they planned to euthanize her. We happily stepped in to save this girl from certain death. We did a medical exam and testing and found her to be diabetic. We worked with our vet to get her on diabetic support food, and daily insulin, and she is now thriving! She takes her insulin like a champ, and her diabetes is managed well with this and her diet. She does like silvervine, and has started to bat around some toys, but her favorite activities are naps in a sunny window and lounging around living her best life! She now feels safe and seeks attention from her people and she is very affectionate.

She does very cute paw pats on you if she wants attention, and is very happy to get all the pets and love! She does not like loud noises, but she is accustomed to the vacuum and hearing dogs barking. This gorgeous girl is ready to find her true forever home!

MIsa is in foster care - ask to meet her today!

Purrsonality

Misa loves her lounging time, and she adores being pampered and brushed! She is a very affectionate and loving girl!

Likes

Misa had a kitty roomie and after a little intro period, she really enjoyed having a buddy! She would be a good candidate to have a doggo roomie that is low energy and well-behaved dog after a slow and proper introduction.

Dislikes

Misa does not like loud noises or sudden movements. She would do best in a home without children.
