Almost Home Cat Rescue MKE is unlike most rescues in the Milwaukee area.  We are a cage-free/free roam facility that allows visitors to interact with our adoptable kitties prior to adopting.

Our focus is to provide a safe, loving and homelike environment for all the cats when they come into the building.  This reduces stress and anxiety which allows their true personalities to shine, and they can freely be themselves.  The open concept also assists in making the transition to a forever home much smoother when they are adopted.

The spacious large cat room features a wall of carpeted climbing poles and platforms, numerous cat towers and beds, a giant house with sleeping areas, an oversized comfy chair to snuggle the cats, a wide variety of toys and a TV that hosts bird shows for the cats to enjoy.  Don’t forget the big windows for everyone to sneak a peek as they walk by!

The small room features a cozy space with a large cat tower, fluffy beds, wide variety of toys and a window seat for viewing all the live action outside.   It is perfect for single kitties, litters of kittens or a bonded pair.
